Standard is licensed for one Windows computer per purchase. A machine-bound license file is issued after license-key verification.
1. Scope
These terms apply to the DataPreflight website and downloadable software published by hydrangea. The purchase checkout is provided by Lemon Squeezy, whose checkout terms also apply. Questions can be sent through our Contact page.
2. Product and price
DataPreflight is Windows desktop software for comparing tabular data files locally. Lite is free. Standard costs USD $49.99 as a one-time purchase with no recurring charge. Any applicable tax and the final charged amount are shown at checkout before payment.
The software is supplied as a digital download. Standard requires a valid Lemon Squeezy license key, the checkout email address and a machine code to issue its signed license file. Keep your order details and license key private.
3. Use of the website
You may use this website to read product information and contact us. Do not misuse the website, disrupt its operation or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
4. Content and third-party names
Website content is provided for information about DataPreflight. All rights remain with their respective owners. Microsoft, Windows and Excel are names or trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. References to these products describe the intended product context and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
5. Information and limitations
We aim to keep product information accurate, but the website may be temporarily unavailable and product details may change for future versions. A data check cannot establish that every issue has been found or that data is fit for every purpose. Users remain responsible for reviewing results and deciding how to use their data.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
6. Software license and support
Lite may be used without charge. A Standard purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive right to use the paid edition on one Windows computer. The license is bound to the machine code submitted during the first successful claim. One license key cannot be claimed for another machine automatically. If your computer changes, contact us with the order reference; a transfer is not guaranteed and is handled case by case.
You may not sell, share or publish your paid license key or signed license file. You may make a backup copy for your own use. If a Standard order is refunded, the right to use Standard ends and you must stop using and delete the paid software and license file.
Support is available through the Contact page. No fixed response time, lifetime update commitment or guarantee that every data issue will be detected is offered. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. The Refund Policy accepts requests within 14 days after purchase. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
We may revise these website terms as the site develops. The latest revision date is shown above. Future changes do not remove any rights attached to an earlier purchase.
